HICAPS is available for onsite Private Health Claiming. Customers with eligible extras cover can process private health rebate on the appointment day, and just pay the gap.

Private Health rebate for our service is available. Please refer to your policy or check with your private health provider for clarification of the level of cover and benefit limits prior to booking an appointment.

*Not all Private Health Funds recognise claims or provide rebates for home-visit acupuncture service that they reserve the right to reject claims for such service item. Please check with your Private Health Provider for confirmation before making any home-visit appointments.

Cancellation Policy

Full consultation fee will be applied if you do not attend the scheduled appointment.
A 50% of consultation fee will be applied if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
This fee will need to be paid prior to your next consultation.
